How do I sign up to use the kiosk?

Signing up is simple. You can:

  • Visit our website and fill out the online form

  • Scan the QR code on our in-store signs

  • Fill out a quick sign-up form at the pharmacy

Once you’re signed up, you’ll be able to pick up eligible prescriptions from the kiosk anytime.


When will my prescription be ready in the kiosk?

Most prescriptions will be ready for kiosk pickup the next day. Sometimes we may get it in there sooner, but next-day pickup is the safest expectation. When your medication is ready, you’ll receive a text message letting you know it’s available.


How will I know my prescription is ready?

You’ll receive a text message with a pickup PIN when your medication is placed in the kiosk. That PIN unlocks your specific locker, and a new PIN is created each time you pick up a prescription.


What hours can I pick up my prescription?

The kiosk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the pharmacy is closed, you can still swing by and pick up your medication anytime.

How do I pay for prescriptions in the kiosk?

Payments are handled either through calling the store or through Nimble, our secure online payment system. If you choose to use Nimble, here’s what will happen before your medication goes into the kiosk:

  • You’ll receive a text message with a secure payment link

  • Pay using your credit or debit card

  • You can save your card in Nimble to make future pickups even easier

Once payment is completed, your medication will be loaded into the kiosk.


How long do I have to pick up my prescription?

Once your prescription is placed in the kiosk, you’ll have 5 days to pick it up. If it isn’t picked up within that time your charge will be reversed and your prescription will be returned to the pharmacy. It may remain available inside the store for a short time, depending on the prescription.


Are there medications that can’t go in the kiosk?

Yes. Some medications need to be picked up inside the pharmacy. These include: controlled substances, refrigerated medications, medications that must be mixed or prepared at pickup. If your prescription falls into one of these categories, we’ll let you know.


What if I have questions about my medication?

We’ve made it easy to get medication information anytime. You can: scan the notes on the QR code printed on your prescription receipt, use Nimble’s medication information tools included in your text message, or call the pharmacy if you’d like to speak with a pharmacist. We’re happy to help!


What if I don’t receive a text message that my prescription is ready?

Give us a call and we’ll check a couple things: a) we’ll make sure we have the correct phone number on file or, b) we’ll resend the notification. You may also need to enable messaging by texting us at: 208-953-2254
