About the Role

Supports 2 Locations: Hells Canyon Pharmacy & Clearwater Canyon Pharmacy

Full-Time | 36+ Hours/Week | $55–$65 per hour DOE

We're hiring a Full-Time Pharmacist to share time between Hells Canyon Pharmacy (Lewiston, ID) and Clearwater Canyon Pharmacy (Orofino, ID), working 36+ hours per week across both locations. This is a great fit for a pharmacist who enjoys variety, community connection, and being part of two closely connected, independent pharmacy teams.

Because this role splits time between locations, we're looking for a pharmacist with reliable transportation who's comfortable traveling along the Clearwater River corridor between Lewiston and Orofino - roughly 40 miles apart via US Highway 12.

Hells Canyon Pharmacy and Clearwater Canyon Pharmacy are locally owned, community-focused pharmacies dedicated to superior, personalized customer service - from Canyon Packs medication management to customized nutritional supplements and immunization services. Both are affiliates of Cascadia Pharmacy Group (CPG), giving our pharmacists access to shared clinical resources, collaboration, and professional development opportunities across a wider network of independent pharmacies.

The Region

This role covers ground between Lewiston, Idaho and Orofino, Idaho, following the Clearwater River through north central Idaho's Lewis-Clark Valley. Lewiston sits at the confluence of the Snake and Clearwater Rivers and is known for its mild climate - often called Idaho's "banana belt" thanks to its low elevation - along with easy access to Hells Canyon, the deepest river gorge in North America. Orofino, a short drive up Highway 12, offers a quieter, small-town pace along the river with prime steelhead and salmon fishing right in its backyard. Wherever you're working that day, you'll find scenic river views, a strong outdoor recreation culture, and communities that know their local pharmacy team by name.

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation: $55–$65 per hour, depending on experience

• Schedule: Store hours for both locations are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm; this role would require 36 hours/week minimum, shared between the two locations (schedule is TBD and may vary at times)

Your Day-to-Day

• Deliver high-quality patient care and medication counseling at each location

• Manage daily pharmacy operations and ensure regulatory compliance

• Build relationships with patients, providers, and staff across both communities

• Support clinical services such as immunizations, medication adherence solutions (Canyon Packs), med sync, and medication reviews

• Adapt to the workflows and team structures at each pharmacy

• Weekly schedule to be determined based on both stores’ needs

What We're Looking For

• Active pharmacist license in good standing in Idaho

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel/split time between both locations

• Comfortable working across multiple store environments and teams

• Strong communication and people skills

• Compassionate, patient-first approach to community pharmacy
